Description
10K Timed Race and 5K Run/Walk to raise money for non-profit emergency food pantry. We provide 5 days of food for families once per month. We provide food for over 90,000 meals in 2012, and 2013 looks to be even more challenging.

Fairly flat out-and-back for both the 10K Timed Race and 5K Run/Walk.

From Syracuse, NY: Route 81 North to exit 41. Left off ramp to Rohde Center at the first light.
