Description

5K or 5 Miles to benefit Shepherdstown Daycare & free Kids Fun Run to promote wellness in our community. The SDC mission is to provide affordable, nurturing child care and enriching, educational experiences for the children of working parents. SDC is the regions only daycare that bases tuition on a sliding family income scale, enabling families that want to work or further their education to pursue their dreams. Half of our children come from families living at or below the poverty level.
